We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders below this amount are charged a flat rate at checkout. At checkout you can choose between:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During busy sale periods, processing may take an extra day or two. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email the moment your order ships.
We ship worldwide, with only a small number of exceptions. Our carriers reach the great majority of countries and regions, and nearly all orders are delivered without any issue. International delivery generally takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing or local delays beyond our control.
If your shipping address is in one of the destinations listed below, we are unfortunately unable to accept your order:
Shipments to the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine are also prohibited.

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once dispatched, we'll email your tracking details, and you can follow your parcel's journey at any time. If you haven't received a tracking link, please check your spam folder or contact our team.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local authorities. We're unable to predict or cover these fees, but we're happy to provide documentation to assist with the process.
