Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add the pieces you love to your bag, then head to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details and confirm — you'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. To change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we'll guide you through our returns process instead.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email with your order number and details is sent the moment your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days within the US, and 7–14 business days for international orders. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $99. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat rate at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number by email. You can also track it anytime from the confirmation link in that email.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Review the full details in our Return Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. If an item doesn't fit, you can request an exchange. We'll help you arrange a swap for the correct size subject to availability.
