We want you to love every YWCJ piece. If something isn't right, here's how to return it.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition may not qualify for a refund and may be returned to you.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Return requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help arrange an exchange subject to availability. Please contact us to begin the exchange process, and we'll guide you through the steps.
To start a return, reach out to us via our Contact page with your order number. We'll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return label. Pack your items securely, include the original packaging, and ship them back to us. We'll confirm receipt as soon as your return arrives.
